Jay Soni is all set to start a new life with his fiancé Pooja Shah. The couple tied the nuptial knot on 18th February, 2014 and hours before the wedding the Sanskaari boy let us in a few details about this marital bliss.
This relation was actually arranged by their respective parents but Jay feels he knows Pooja from years. “Our parents set-up this meeting but once we spent some time together it felt like I have known her for years. Even though it’s an arranged marriage, I am completely in love with her.”

Pooja and Jay got engaged last October in a small ceremony among friends and family. Footwear designer by profession, Pooja and Jay have managed to get along rather quickly and couldn’t wait to get married. “Its not that I am nervous about the wedding, but yes it’s a stressful time. There so many rituals to follow, so many relatives t attend to. But frankly speaking I feel Pooja and I share such a superb understanding that this wedding just feels like a formality.”

Romantic at heart, we couldn’t help but notice the wedding date falling around Valentine’s Week and unabashedly Jay even agrees with us! “Yes, I am hopelessly romantic and can say also filmy. While the wedding date being around the day of love is a co-incidence but it’s a happy one.”

When asked how different it felt to celebrate Valentine’s with Pooja this year he said, “Sadly I was shooting the whole day but I made sure to send her bouquet of flowers at every hour. In night I wrapped up early and even though we weren’t allowed to meet days before wedding, according to customs, I sneaked her out so we could spend some time together.”
