  • I have been selected as the winner of the contest ‘Prem Jyotish Presents Bigg Boss Contest’ (“Contest”) for the program ‘Bigg Boss 17’ (“Program”) telecasted on Viacom18 Media Private Limited’s television channel ‘Colors Channel’ (“Channel”). The Contest is organized by IndiaCast Media Distribution Private Limited and Viacom18 Media Private Limited (jointly referred to as “Organisers”).

  • I hereby agree and confirm that all representations, undertaking, warranties, release, permission given hereunder are given by me, out of my free will and consent.

  • I hereby confirm that I am above 18 years of age and further grant my permission and give my consent to the Organisers to use/exploit the personal information shared by me (as detailed in the table hereinbelow) (“Personal Information”), for the purposes of my participation in the Contest, and/or claiming Prize/Gratification (as detailed under the Rules) won under the Contest, and/or promotions related thereof, through the Organisers’ website(s)/social media platform(s) (“Exploitation”).
