Kirron Kher's favourite Ocean Kids make a re-entry into India's Got Talent Finale. Giving yet another reason for Mangalore to exult, Ocean Kids made their city proud by showcasing their talent on COLORS' reality – India's Got Talent. The forte of this group is that they pick concepts from mythology especially like Ramayana, Navadurga and so on giving it dance style narrative. Started in the year 1988 the group has managed to train over 5,000 students in India and the UAE in this dance form.
The group won accolades with every performance and seem to have struck a chord and created a soft corner with the jury. The usually tough and astute, Kirron Kher was seen completely involved and getting emotional with every performance presented by the Manglorean troupe, in fact Farah did mention once of how she wanted to be a bit partial to them because her husband (Shirish Kunder) was a Manglorean and see them go ahead in the show.
However the group was ousted before they could make it to the finale but as they say if you really want something then even the universe helps you achieve it. In this case Kirron Kher stepped in and demanded them back. She managed to convince other jury members to vote in for their return and the channel decided to bring them as a wild card entry into the finale.
Watch out for the Ocean Kids as they make a re-entry into the game and fighting it in the pre finale for the India's Got Talent crown.
