It is already a well known fact that the Indian version of 24 is Anil Kapoor’s dream project. After acting in the original version, he bought the rights for the Indian remake and now, he’s making sure that every aspect of the show is perfect. And to ensure this, Anil is picking and choosing the cast of the show very carefully.

And looks like 2 actors seem to have caught his attention with their talent. The first is Adhir Bhatt, who was spotted by Anil in a play. Anil decided to watch Adhir’s plays after he was recommended by a friend. And impressed by what he saw, Anil offered him a role in 24, which the young actor accepted. Adhir has also acted in movies like Mission Kashmir, My Friend Pinto, U Me aur Hum and Eklavya. 

The second actor to be roped in for 24 is Rahul Singh. You might have seen him as the brash young man in Abhinay Deo’s directorial debut Delhi Belly and in Zubeidaa and Tere Bin Laden before that. Rahul, though not part of the mainstream, has been appreciated as an actor in all his roles. And he certainly seems to have made a mark on his Delhi Belly director as he has found a place in his maiden television venture. 

The roles that these two talented actors will be playing are under wraps, so we’ll have to wait a while to discover their talent. But after Pooja Ruparel and Ajinkya Deo’s casting, these two actors have joined leading man Anil Kapoor to execute his dream project.
