Kapil Sharma

Kapil Sharma is a stand up comedian and a theatre personality from Amritsar. After having participated in many reality shows such as Ustaadon ke Ustaad, Comedy Circus 2010, Comedy Circus ke Superstars, Comedy Circus ka Jaadoo he went on to become the winner of ‘The Great Indian Laughter Challenge season 3 and Jubilee Comedy Circus, Comedy Circus ke Tansen and Comedy Circus Ka Naya Daur. 

Apart from being a regular in comedy reality shows, Kapil has also played the role of a co-host in Chotte Miyan 2008 on Colors, Great Indian Laughter Challenge season 4 and Punjabi International film awards in Toronto. He was also the anchor for Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa- Season 6 with Manish Paul

Kapil is a master of multiple talents and his perfect comic timing has given him the success he deserves. He proved his versatility when he participated as singer in the show Star ya Rockstar and received appreciation for his voice.

After playing a stand-up comedian and singer, Kapil now plays the funny man Bittu Sharma in his debut production ‘Comedy Nights with Kapil’ on Colors.
