“Zindaga aur maut uparwale ke hath hai jahapana, jise na aap badalsakte hai na main. Hum sab to rangmanch ki katputlia hai, jiski door uparwale ke haath bandhi hai. Kab kaun kaise uthega ye koi nahi jaanta”. 

Rajesh Khanna a.k.a Kaka of the Hindi film industry was a true personification of his onscreen character Anand. He laughed to live and lived to laugh. His movies and his songs told the various stories of life. Be it ‘Zindagi ek safar hai suhana’ or ‘Zindagi ka safar, hai ye kaisa safar’ or even ‘Zindagi, kaisi hai paheli hai?” He made us realize that though we all are mortals yet, we lives forever through our work, our zest and our enthusiasm towards life. 

His sad demise has created a huge void that is impossible to be filled. His magic, his charisma and his inimitable style can never be recreated. But, this week on Jhalak, we will see all the contestants pay tribute to the original Superstar of Hindi films by performing on his songs.
