Karanvir Bohra, who is famous for his grey characters on TV, has not had much luck with the Perfect 30 on Jhalak. He has tried playing the loverboy, has done stunts in his act, and even become Lord Krishna in his quest for the perfect act, but it has eluded him. But now, Karanvir will be seen using his 'Brahmastra' this week, and it will manage to impress the judges.
What's his 'Brahmastra'? Well, Karanvir always says that he is very good at being bad, and that's what he will do in Jhalak this week. Karanvir will play the part of Joker from Batman, and will show his psychotic side as he dances as an obsessed lover. Sneha will be the victim of his obsession, a girl who is bound and trapped by the crazy Joker, aka Karanvir.
This sinister act of Karanvir was much appreciated by the judges, who lauded him for playing a character that has been very popular in films. Remo even went on to say that this was Karanvir's best performance to date.
Interestingly, the song that Karanvir performed to- 'Raunde Hai Mujhko Tera Pyaar', only has a female version originally. But Karanvir got his friend Harry Anand to sing a spookier male version of the song specially for Jhalak. And after his performance, he even thanked Harry, who was present for the scary act.
Karanvir found another supporter in Rajiv Lakshman, who had come specially for his performance. The bad man of reality shows Rajiv, loved Karanvir's performance and even joined him on stage after the act. And this was when he showed his true colours as he ragged and bullied Manish and Kapil. It will be great fun to see the pranksters of Jhalak Manish and Kapil on the receiving end of someone else's bullying!
So Karanvir's efforts of playing the Joker did manage to impress the judges like never before, but is it enough for him to get that coveted Perfect 30 score? Watch this space to know!
