From being host of a chat show to judging a dance show, Karan Johar seems to have covered it all. After his successful stint with Koffee with Karan, KJo is ready to don the hat of a judge in the popular dance show, Jhalak Dikhla Ja: Season 5.

In most of his movies, KJo has always had a big hand, or to say a leg or two, in choreographing the signature steps. Even though his good friend Farah Khan has always been the official choreographer but he hasn’t shied away in putting his inputs. Be it Kuch Kuch Hota Hai’s signature step between SRK and Kajol or the famous Shava Shava sequence of K3G, Karan has been an integral part. We believe it is this experience what Karan would be using to his advantage while sitting on the judges’ chair and we would like to wish him all the luck.

Co-judging with him would be the effervescent Madhuri Dixit, who was seen as a judge even in the last season. In the promos, the dancing superstar can be seen paying a tribute to Meena Kumari and emulates her surreal performance of Thaare Rahiyo from Pakeezah. Sharing the judges’ space with Karan Johar and Madhuri Dixit would be Remo Fernandes who has also been brought in from last season.
