Alok tells everyone that his friend’s son Mihir is coming to see Sanchi in the evening with a marriage proposal. Everyone is happy and excited. Ira calls Sanchi and asks her to come home early. 

Everyone gets ready in the evening to greet the guests. Shiv tells Anandi that he always wants the b est for his sister. Anandi prays that everything goes well as she knows that Sanchi likes Jagya. Mihir with his family arrives. Sanchi is still not home. Ira calls her. Just then Sanchi enters. She gets startled looking at Mihir and his family. They start talking and suddenly Sanchi gets up and says that she doesn’t want to marry him and that she loves someone else. 

Mihir leaves and Sanchi confesses in front of her family that she loves Jagya and she will only marry him, she also shows the tattoo on her hand. Ira says, she is ready to keep Sanchi in the house for her entire life, but she won’t allow her to marry Jagdish. Sanchi says, she  already has decided that she loves him and she will only marry him, no matter what.

All the family members think that Jagya is responsible for Sanchi’s this behavior and that he has instigated her. But later they come to know that its only Sanchi who feels this way and there is nothing from Jagya’s side. It is a one sided love which has become her obsession now. Anandi tells Shiv to go an talk to Sanchi and be her support. Shiv goes to Sanchi and tries to explain her. Sanchi tells Shiv that her love for Jagya is true and that even Anandi was a divorcee when he married her. 

Anandi goes to Sanchi with dinner and tries to talk to Sanchi. Anandi tells Sanchi that how Jagya has changed over the period of time and how he has become very reserved. 

The whole family sits together and has a discussion. Daddu tells everyone to calm down a little and think about both the sides of the story. He also tells that even if Jagya was married twice, his first marriage is a child marriage and at age one doesn’t even know the importance of relationships. Everyone tries to convince Ira who eventually agrees as she also wants her daughter Sanchi to be happy. Everyone decides to see what Jagya thinks about this.

At Jaitsar, Sumitra gives cold shoulder to Ganga. Sumitra talks very rudely toGanga and tells her that she is responsible for Jagya’s plight and whatever has happened with him. Ganga feels very bad and she goes and cry in her room. Jagya comes to Ganga and tells her about her divorce with Ratan Singh. Ganga tells Jagya not to interfere in her life and that she doesn’t want Jagya to be in any kind of trouble because of her. Ganga’s results are out. She passes all her exams with good marks. She thanks Jagya and touches his feet for being there by her side through out, at home she gets to know about Jagya’s birthday and she decides to do something special for Jagya. She plans a surprise party for him and she starts the preparation for the same.

At Kesarbagh, Anandi gets a call from Ganga inviting them for Jagya's birthday. Everyone decides to go to Jaitsar with Sanchi's marriage proposal for Jagya. Anandi is worried, Sanchi is very happy. she buys gift for Jagya. Khazan enters and is shocked to hear about Sanchi and Jagya. Ganga calls up Anandi and asks her what she should make for Jagya's birthday. Anandi tells her to make cake. Ganga starts the preparation at the badi haveli.
