The first time when Simar tried to expose Baa’s charade and Kartik’s misdeeds to Vikrant, he did not believe. But this time, Siddhant, Roli and Simar have planned to expose Kartik and Baa in front of Vikrant’s eyes.  In the last episode we saw Siddhant and Roli went to Navjeevan Hospital as CBI officers and threatened Kartik faking that the CBI had come to know of his illegal organ trade racket. The duo duped him into bribing them by saying that he had to pay a hefty sum of 20 lakh to them in order to steer clear of this scam. Kartik got terrified by the raid and agreed to pay the sum.
On the other hand, we saw how busy everyone is with Surbhi and Prem’s Mehendi function at the Bhardwaj house and amidst all the celebrations Baa gets to know Roli and Simar’s plan. She tries really hard to get in touch with Kartik and warn him against the two sisters but every time they prevent her from doing so.
Just when the function was about to begin, Baa fakes heart pain. Vikrant and Simar decide to take Baa to Kartik’s hospital. This is where Simar will reveal Kartik and Baa’s truth to Vikrant.
